When my own children graduated and ventured into the healthcare field, I saw firsthand how easy it is to lose one’s passion for a Healthcare Career. The demanding nature of the healthcare industry, coupled with the pressures of maintaining high standards, can sometimes lead to burnout and a decline in the quality of care provided.

Having worked in healthcare facilities myself, I recalled the tedious, costly and time-consuming process of hiring good healthcare workers. This experience highlighted the need to bridge the gap between healthcare facilities and top-notch healthcare workers. Comet Medical is that bridge.

We meticulously vet and speak with each candidate before sending them to interview with our cherished partners (facilities). This ensures that we maintain the highest standards of quality and reliability in our services.
