You may need more hydration if you physically exert yourself (especially in warmer weather). Take sips of water throughout the day. A cool glass of water refreshes and revitalizes you.
  • Healthy Snacks! Don’t we ALL love snacks? Spend some time to pick up enjoyable snacks. Fruit, nuts, yogurt are good choices that are also quick & easy to enjoy. Fruits such as grapes, watermelon and cantaloupe are especially good choices, these hydrate as well as nourish you. Snack On!
  • Stretch! Yes, you are moving from patient to patient, but you also need to listen to YOUR body and stretch. Stretching helps to increase blood flow and relieves muscle tension. Take 3-5 minutes to do a few long deep stretches, you will notice a difference at the end of the day.
  • Breathe! Yes, it’s that simple, just taking deep mindful breaths can help improve oxygen levels and refresh you. Find a comfortable spot and just relax and take deep breaths, this will work wonders for you physically and mentally!
